   Ash Fisher is a writer and comedian.  As a writer, she specializes in satirical pieces, humorous essays, television/pop culture critiques, chronic illness/disability advocacy, and hypocritical advice. She has currently writes for Healthline and Flex's The Fixx blog. She co-founded popular comedy show "Man Haters," twice named Best Comedy Show by East Bay Express. Ash was featured on Viceland's comedy documentary "Funny How?" and was East Bay Express's Best Comedian Runner-Up to W. Kamau Bell in 2017. She has performed in SF Sketchfest many times and won several storytelling contests you've never heard of. She has a B.F.A. in Theatre from NYU (& Navient will never let her forget it). She lives in Oakland with her husband and a manipulative corgi named Vincent.
